单位不给员工课时费

本人是在一家英语培训机构工作, 每月工资由 基本工资+课时费+demo课时费+ 50通讯费 组成, 每个季度会有一次绩效考核,合格者当月会在工资中发放绩效工资,但现在本人提出离职(按照规定内),公司以 课时费属于奖金类工资为由 不予发放,只发给当月基本工资,据我所知 这与劳动法是相违背的,请问公司这样做是否合理? 如果我想寻求法律手段进行仲裁,要如何去做? 谢谢

  你好!单位这样做是不合法的。我国劳动法中的工资包括基本工资、资金及以货币表示的补贴。所以,单位应当给你发全额的工资。
